The Knowledge of All. [OP Naruto Story]

The world sees Uzumaki Ruto, a girl with no family who is ostracized and hated by most of the village. What they don't know is that Uzumaki Ruto is just an illusion. In fact, she is Hyuga Natsumi, the sister of Hinata and Hinabi, but to keep her safe she has been hidden under a powerful henge that masks her true identity. But... one day while waiting for her sensei with her two other teammates, Natsumi's exhaustion causes her henge to crack and her true form is revealed.

Itachi knows that his younger sister, Keena, is safe as long as her henge stays in place.
