~She didn't choose Seoul. And she didn't choose this life.
Seventeen year old Minhee has learned one thing growing up in Daegu: survive quietly. When her father's job drags them to Seoul, she leaves behind the only place she knew-trading familiarity for a city that feels too loud, too fast, and far too unforgiving. At her new school, she makes herself a promise: no friendships, no attention, no mistakes.
Stay invisible. Stay safe.
But Seoul doesn't let her disappear.
A group of boys-unpredictable, persistent, and strangely kind-begin to notice her. They don't ask the right questions. They don't respect her distance. And worst of all, they make her feel seen in a way she's spent years trying to avoid.
Each moment with them chips away at the walls she's built, blurring the line between fear and comfort, loneliness and belonging.
Minhee knows how this ends. People leave. People hurt you. And getting close only makes the fall harder.
So why is it becoming impossible to walk away?
Caught between the safety of isolation and the risk of connection, Minhee must decide whether protecting herself is worth losing the one thing she never thought she'd find again-
a reason to stay.
