She'll embark on a journey where she'll probably feel a strange feeling. I had altered some things like Bast and Vala surviving. I do not own anything and they belong to their respective companies except my OC and my plot

Aloy meets a rather unusual Watcher after a hunt. The behavior of a Watcher has always reminded me of that of a dog (especially the big clumsy ones), so this fic was a joy to write. I hope you enjoy! ♥

Aloy and Kïma decide to leave the lands they have always known as things finally settled down in the Embrace, the Sundom and Ban-Ur. After exploring new territories on the other side of the ocean, meeting unknown machines and tribes, they are forced to recognize that they will also have to fight to survive there. It was a starry night in the middle of November when your eyes first met hers. You were laying down for a rest from an exhausting day on a wide field of grass as you let the Aurora Borealis pass over your head. Several shooting stars were to be seen. The winter's cold was already approaching as you decided to walk over to her who was sitting on the tall grass as well. A campfire was delightfully burning beside her. You greeted her kindly. She must have been an outcast since you have never seen her around before. She returned your greeting with a warm smile. You complimented her on her excellent looking arrow. It must have costed many shards at the market place. She said it was made by the Nora. " Your face painting is really impressive.." you said to her face with a faint blush on your cheeks. " Thank you. It's a traditional painting matching to my clothing. There is a different facial painting for every outfit. " she replied with a faint smile on her lips. There was some coldness within her voice. May she didn't like it too much to be talked up by strangers. Yet you were bewitched by her sparkling hazel eyes. There was something within them that was about to cast a spell over you. Her amazing braided hair caught your attention as well. The way its colours went from a burning red to a bright orange over to a clear yellow. You also admired the cute looking little freckles around her nose but her unique hairstyle definitely took your breath away. She was like the setting sun. But you couldn't tell her that. It would have been akward..

Aloy meets a strange girl named Kïma and gets to know her and her even stranger world, based on the study of the Old Ones, on hunting and exploring. Soon, they'll understand that there are some bigger threats than Thunderjaws and Scorchers... Years before the birth of aloy, far east of the Nora sacred lands, a ship floats on the waters of a great lake, her sails flutter in the wind as the crew works away at their tasks on board; machine hunters they call themselves, attracted westward by the promise of new machines and great adventures. When a set of events leads them to a situation stranded and out of their comfort zone, they will have to survive many challenges and brave the wilds. Set in the universe of Horizon by Guerrilla games.
