This was born from the moments when my chest feels too heavy and my thoughts have nowhere to go. When I want to speak, but silence feels safer than being seen. I keep these words inside because I'm afraid they'll be judged, twisted, or used to hurt me. So I leave them here. In this quiet space where no one knows my name, my face, or the way my heart trembles when it breaks. Here, I am just a voice-raw, unseen, unmocked. If these words feel sad, it's because they carry pieces of me I was never brave enough to say out loud. This is not a cry for pity.
