Human development, one of the most important keys and roads to a happy life!

As a teenager I have and am going through a phase that at some or the other stage of their life, every individual goes through; Depression. I am not talking about severe cases that need to be treated by professionals. But at some point of our life, everyone has dark thoughts. We need to overcome them.
