I will paint every flower on the Earth to prove that to you."

Lauren is just a weird 18 year old girl who is into pop punk music and a bunch of bands that most people don't like. Her boyfriend is always pushing her around and everyone has had enough of it, especially Josh. When Lauren's now ex-boyfriend Derek tries going after Lauren again, Josh jumps in and is now her fake boyfriend to try to get her ex off of her back, but Josh and Lauren being a fake couple makes Josh realize he might just have true feelings for Lauren.
