She had to start facing the real world, and all those dreams were just figments of her little kid imaginations. Right? Well, imagine her surprise when her own best friend discovers a magic wand. This is an Onward fanfiction where Ian Lightfoot and Elodie Goodwin are married and have children. But when the spell goes wrong and they have to go find a phoenix gem, you keep it to yourself until the right time. (All rights go to Disney and Pixar for this movie, I own nobody in this story.)

Hi! I saw Onward 3 weeks ago and since then I've been... addicted. I love this animation, the characters and the world presented. But it's only now that I've been thinking about what would happen if you were the new resident of New Mushroomtown. You moved here with your parents to a suburban house without knowing that your new neighbors would be the Lightfoot family. I've never written a fanfic before, so I apologize for the language torture I'm going to give you. My English is not advanced either so I have to use a translator.
