If a Norm is born from Freaks, it will be taken to a Norm foster family. 11. Freaks don't bother dealing with Norms because they know it is pointless to try. 12. Freaks are not allowed outside of FreakTown without a Collar. 13. Only certain Freaks leave FreakTown for market and to get some more goods and supplies. 14. Freaks don't fall in Love with Norms John Laurens is a Freak. He was born with a "superpower", which the Norms call a disgusting error in humanity. He has the ability to make anyone who dare meet his eyes fall under his control and become what he wants them to be, he also has the ability to make fire with his hands, a simple snap of his finger and your eyebrows are singed off. So the Norms avoid him at every cost. See his collar does stop his mind control but his fire is a different story. So nobody dares to get on his bad side.
