A young boy named Niko Barren discovers two extraordinary dragon eggs in the woods on his way home from school. When the eggs hatch, he meets Zephyr, a blue dragon, and Ember, a red dragon, who reveal that a great prophecy foretells a heavenly catastrophe, and the dragons are supposed to find the warrior who can save the world. Determined to fulfill their mission, and with Niko's help, the dragons set out to find the destined warrior, knowing that their adventure is only just beginning. Together, they must confront the challenges ahead and safeguard the future from looming darkness.
