Victoria was the sister of Katrina nee Van Tassel, she was the total opposite of her sister, quiet, shy and lonely. People thought that she didn't belong to that family, thought that she was to common, even though her sister threw herself at any man given time. When Ichabod Crane was sent to sleepy Hollow he was mesmerised by the young woman, wanting to know more about her. He didn't realise at first that she was sisters with Katrina since Victoria always locked herself in the Library drowning herself in books upon books. Since then, Kat Williams was the resident upcoming history major. On October 1st, things begin to change in Sleepy Hollow and in Kat's life.
