Alternate Universe. Hiro thought that this was gonna to be just another normal school year. Another year at the Franxx High school, with his friends. But when a new girl arrives at the school, with a deep secret that she hides, she puts his world upside down. Hiro starts expericing new feelings, new adventures as he realizes that the world is much larger than he thought. In another universe, timeline, world; whatever you want to call it. All the main characters from Darling in the Franxx attend the Franxx High school. I will include some ships but not all.

He is expelled, abandoned, and beaten down. She is successful, scorned, and sidelined. Between the two of them lay human emotions, human errors, and human ignorance. This is their story.

This fanfic follows the Darling in the FRANXX anime up till the ending. Hiro and Zero Two still sacrifice themselves but in this, I'm writing down an alternate ending I had in mind where their revival is earlier, around the first graduation scene in the anime, and they still have their memories. If this takes off, then I might continue. I also have plans for another alternate ending. This is my first fanfic so, yeah hope it's good.
