Each human is given a scar. A scar that shows them they don't belong. That their lives are worthless compared to the immortals that they're forever held captive by. Each scar shows their inferiority. however, hers is different. Her scar doesn't flaunt the worthlessness she was made to feel. The human girls scar brandishes her forbidden beauty.
