Winter was chosen by the great Tapu Bulu. She was chosen for a deed that requires her to stop two whole forces of company. She must complete that deed. Or beasts will run as wild as the wind. While completing her task, she knows she has to do her island challenge. And keep up with her competitive rival. But how does one do all that. Simple. For one to do that. One must have Pokemon by their side.
