S'chn T'gai Hvaid, grandson of Captain Spock and Rear Admiral James Kirk through his father as well as half-Romulan through his mother, is a brilliant scientist of barely 28 years old in the year 2320. During an experiment with Vidiian crystals, he's flung into the past, to the year 2152! He ends up on the NX-01 Enterprise, whose story will change with this new crewmember. Will all end up just right or will all be a catastrophe? Will Hvaid ever return to his proper time or is he truly stuck?
