Rewritten version of a story I wrote in 2022. Also VERY inspired by the song 気になるあいつは怪獣少年 (Ki ni Naru Aitsu wa Kaijuu Shounen) Japan has a small crush on America, the mysterious exchange student, always seen alone, walking home after school, his affinity with animals, and working part-time at the local shelter. Japan found America's secret, so many events happened between the two. Maybe Japan could tell him his feelings as the two create a journey together. Brendon watched silently as a man stood by the door, he was tall, much taller than Brendon, his harsh dark hair was swept back exposing his forehead and his breathtaking blue eyes scanned the room as he spoke. Brendon Urie is different to say the least. His emotions basically controlled the weather. Dallon Weekes is the only one who knows about it and tries to keep Brendon feeling his best. The thing is, Brendon never gave a damn about the weather, and it never gave a damn about him.
