All characters are humanized in a 2.5D combined with an Anime-inspired artstyle, with original, non-canon, and fanon characters introduced. Some of which are speculated based on the original lore. The setting for this divergent timeline would continue up to 2017, and to the present time. If you watched the 7th season, you'll get it. Floating timeline doesn't apply to TDWOG no longer, meaning that young characters like Gumball, Darwin, and other peers have now naturally aged up to their early-to-mid teens (13-16 years old), and late-teens for some, amplifying their personalities in a more matured ground. Non-canon/fanon characters introduced, an additional member of the Watterson family: Clark Watterson. Appearance will be featured in the first chapter.
