Le but de cette organisation est de mettre des primes sur tout groupe, individu, ou entité qui représenterait une grave menace pour l'omnivers permettant ensuite aux chasseur de prime dimensionnelle de les trackers et les tué si nécessaire. Est aujourd'hui nous suivront l'aventure de l'un de ses chasseur, un doté de pouvoir plutôt particulier.
