I have started, fought, and won great battles. I have assassinated kings and peasants alike, having no choice in the matter. I have been around since the dawn of civilization, and before. I have helped found cities, states, and even empires. I am the advisor of kings, the slave of weavers, and the conquerer of cities. Perhaps you have head of me. I am Manus.

An on-going 3 parts long story contains original characters. Take place 4 years before the main game. Main character is part of the Nox Fleuret family, later becomes Luna's bodyguard. This was originally a {original character x Ignis} story, but as I wrote, I fell in in love with Loqi, so.... yeah... {original character x Loqi} it is now (Also, there aren't many Original character x Loqi stories out there, so I'll write one). A fan theory will take an important part, and the ending will be different from the game. The first three parts hasn't changed. I only edited the outline and some grammar mistakes. This is a fanfiction based on Robert Thier's amazing series Storm and Silence. I love this series and encourage you to read it. This one shot will contain spoilers and I suggest you read the series before reading The Storm in His Silence. I do not own any of the characters and all credit goes out to @RobThier. This one shot is based at the start of the second book in the series, In the Eye of The Storm. That is when Lillian Linton first finds Mr Ambrose. This one shot is my taken from Mr Ambrose's POV, it will eventually deviate from the original storyline though. This one shot was written specifically for Sir Rob's latest contest.
