We know three main classes of rocks, sedimentary, igneous, and metamorphic. In the Limestone article, we learned how sedimentation occurs and the formation of sedimentary rocks takes place. Today, we are going to know Obsidian rock, which falls in the main class of igneous rocks.

Senn was told by Thalleous that his parents were killed in a Voltaris attack during the Great War. He knows that feeling where you're the only one who doesn't know the truth of your past and never will. Then the word comes that Deathsinger is back. all hell breaks loose. The remaining Ender Knights go looking for Ender Dragon eggs to find that one was hatched to a young girl, Abigail. Feldin Fort has just been attacked by an army of Necromancers and undead for the first time since the War. Igneous goes South to solve a long going Civil War to help in the coming fight. The Ardonians have to find the Prime songs that Thalleous hid while Galleous, Senn and Timber go to the mountain where Deathsinger was spotted. all is not as it seems, and Senn is about to uncover the truth of his past from a long lost ally. In their world, every single human being is capable of being more savage and mindless than any animal, the mane six's counterparts are no exception. "I guess they aren't friendly after all," Igneous puffed as he let go of Senn. "It's going to take more than that to take my friend!" he laughed, then he heard splashing. He looked back to the water, only to see six Guardians staring right back at the two of them. Senn and Igneous both exchanged looks of fear as the creatures grabbed Senn. Igneous couldn't grab him, they pulled Senn in quickly and disappeared back into the water. "Senn?" He called out, hoping that the Ardoni managed to free himself. Not seeing Senn resurface, he began to panic, not knowing what to do, he didn't want to lose his only friend, he didn't want to be alone again. -.-.-.- This is a rewrite of my old fanfic, Obsidian. There were major grammar mistakes, unnecessary characters, and plot holes. I tried my best to fix some paragraphs and the story's elements. Archer and Ruki are removed from the story and there is more emphasis on Igneous' fear of being alone. I will keep the original up for archival sake. This short story describes a rock's experiences from magma to metamorphic as it undergoes the rock cycle. (I was required to creatively portray the rock cycle and include seventeen vocabulary words in a creative work of my choice for geology. Guess what I chose?)

Immortality - the ability to remember memories of previous lives upon being reborn - isn't a boon, it's a curse of eternal suffering. This supposed evolution changes all the priorities and views about one's existence. It opens doors to wealth, power and happiness, things that are all obtainable in this heightened state, on the condition that another immortal doesn't exist. The presence of this older and more experienced soul throws normal processes into chaos, or is it chaos? What is this existence, what does immortality mean, what is the goal of the other immortal, and what is the soul portal?
