What else is there to say? If he wasn't as stupid and useless, he wouldn't be hiding from the police in a trashcan. And if he was been born with a better quirk, and was more careful while hiding, he wouldn't be in this situation. He's no good being a hero, and he's no good being a villain; maybe he's no good at anything.
