A fanfic based off my hero academia and inspired lightly by some comment I saw a long time ago.

Victoria, a shopaholic fashionista thought the most important thing in life was what you wore. But when a night on the town turns into a fateful encounter with death she realizes that even a cute outfit can't save you from the creatures that lurk in the night. (Once I charge my iPad I'll draw a better cover. For now it's just a quick sketch from my phone)

They all knew that Xiao, despite his appearance, was slowly yet surely showing more signs that he was...happy? Maybe it was the crisp fall air, or even being able to hide out in his dad's classroom (Mister Zhongli, who taught Geology). No matter what the excuse was, Xiao's friends all knew the truth. But what would happen when Xiao would realize the truth for himself? If you've made it this far, you'll likely enjoy the story of how one emo king learns what the world is truly like with the help of new and old friends. Plus, cameos from several genshin impact characters! Will it be a happy ending for Xiao AND Lumine, or will their own thoughts destroy them?
