In this story, Izuku is a Todoroki and Shouto's twin. Ever since they developed their quirks, their lives have been complete utter bullcrap. Ever since they lost their big brother (Touya), no one has seen them show any emotion at all. They only show emotion to people they trust or when they are with each other. Endeavor is still going to be a shitty-ass father. Both of them are pansexual. Izuku has PTSD and anxiety, while Shoto has depression and anxiety. Izuku also has a different appearance.
