Shooting lasers from your eyes, changing the weather at will, controlling the elements, flying or even reproducing clones during battle are just a few of a hero's possible superpowers to save the day. But... This story isn't just about a random hero in a random city. Shizuo Heiwajima isn't someone you'd call, ordinary. He is Ikebukuro's strongest man. He could also be the most violent one. Because of those... He's also the most brooding and tormented guy around. But, he never lets anyone see through his blue shades so even his friends, nor Izaya, doesn't know about what's really inside the tough and indestructible Shizuo. Sato Hoshizora is just an ordinary girl. She's just like every girl in Ikebukuro. She could also be easily ignored and unnotice. Because of that... She's the most observant and kind stranger in town. But being the way she is, most people who meet her appreciate her but eventually forget about her. When Shizuo met Sato, two incomplete puzzles will become one.

Ikebukuro is a city of many different wonders. During the day, the people itself is an amazing sight to watch and during the night, it seems like the world has changed and a new aura of brilliance arise. A new girl has moved to Ikebukuro with her sister and blends in very well with the city. By morning she is a casual baker but by night, a killer. She has a twisted back story along with a twisted purpose. Nobody understands her completely because of how secretive she is and this has intrigued none other than Izaya Orihara himself. He is constantly wheeled to a dead end trying to find out about this girl. But he won't stop. He is determined to find out everything there is about this new girl in town.

Shiraishi Kishitani knows she's not ordinary, but it seems faith just loves to mess with the young female and she finds herself with an unnatural ability making her even more out of the ordinary. Life seems to resume to normal as normal can be in Ikebukuro. The Slasher case has died and gang wars have seen calm waves. The Dollars may be no more, but vending machines can still be heard from across the city, day and night. Flyers of a sushi restaurant sail through the wind as three high school students happily run through the busy streets of one of Japan's many commercial and entertainment districts. Yes, life seems to be back to the way things were before the storm. However, there's just this one thing that doesn't sit right with the former chief of Yagiri pharmaceuticals that ends up sending her on a mission. A mission to find the malicious information broker who may be the last bit of hope she has left in helping her track down her missing brother. Little does she know she'd lose her way with her changing eyes...

I debated even posting this, because c r i n g e, but i love my old OC a lot, and she's kinda lonely. So i decided- 'I ship it, so imma let others decide if they do' and went for it. The story's not bad, i love the plot- I just suck at romance. Read if you like! I'm a huge Drrr!! fan, but it's been years since i've watched. I own the OC, and her plot and extra bg characters. In her youth, a young girl has always had the short end of the stick. Nothing ever went right for her. Starting off being orphaned with her little twin sister. Being the oldest in a horrible household in the middle of the countryside didn't help her situation any more. Always being punished for the younger children's bad deeds or for not watching over them or taking care of them. She never cared about how much she was "punished". But, when it was one of the others for the first time, she wouldn't let it happen. Something came over her. She gained a fearful strength that left her in pain, but the pain was nothing compared to what had been done to her before. She felt uneasy with her newfound strength. Fear overrode her train of thought. She didn't want to accidentally hurt one of the children. She ended up running away, telling only the youngest of the few, but not her twin. She feared she would neglect her school work and try to come with her. That was one of few things she did not want to happen because of her. Several years after leaving home, she found herself wandering the streets of a city unknown to her. She noticed the place was very different from many of the others she'd encountered. One of those things that made it different, was a bleached blond man who wore the clothes of a bartender with a supremely bad temper. She was interested. And she was tired.

Izaya hadn't always voiced his opinions, sometimes it was easier to leave them unsaid or written down. Maybe he wouldn't of been hated by everyone if he left them that way. But sometimes it's hard to stay silent forever.

Durarara Fanfic Nara goes undercover around Ikebukuro, acting as a normal citizen during the day. Her one job is to keep the streets safe. But her personal mission is to put a stop to the true crimes that are going unseen and unheard of. Most of these crimes somehow involve the strongest man in Ikebukuro and the flea that he despises. *** "Shizuo, you could take down an army.
