The annihilation of the Hive from two years ago left the world at peace finally. With the death of James-17 hopefully being the final nail in the coffin, leaving the world to finally rebuild from the devastation from the darkness from ages ago. However, a new threat is on the horizon, one that requires old enemies to unite. The world will crack and break, and the thunderous footsteps of war will return to Earth. And this time, light will not be enough.

The red legion won the war Dominus Ghaul rules earth and the Sol system his wepion the almighty is ready to fire if it seemed like the legion will lose Ghaul dose not want to risk destroying the traveler and loosing the light he worked so hard to get. Only few guardians remain alive It is said Cayde-6 and Ikora Rey were the only vanguard members to survive and what happened to the young wolf is unknown any remaining ghosts have been captured and the ghosts who revive a guardian barley have enough light to keep them alive and survive the legion. Guardians fall daily and others join the legion to survive. For every new guardian 2 are lost. Now a hand full of guardians must fight back to hopefully take there home back and to save any new guardians who are risen.

Arjun has been considered "The Guardian" for quite some time. How does holding such a title affect a person? After coming out of the Red War, Arjun realizes that they've got some discovering to do, and some growing to commit to. Basically a Destiny 2 story (or collection of stories) with some Destiny 1 references. I could've written out the Destiny 1 stuff but honestly I'm too lazy so you get the tidbits. Enjoy! Also the title art is my own :) P.S: This work is now no longer canon and will not be continued as I want to do a rework of Arjun and Gwaine as well, so this is out there for fun more than anything else.
