Hiyori had never paid all that much attention to the summer solstice. To him, it was just an ordinary day, nothing special. Only, this year, things were different. He and Ikuya had been invited to visit Iwatobi with Haruka, Makoto, Asahi and Kisumi to celebrate a festival that took place each year. And when he had seen how enthusiastic Ikuya had seemed about it, Hiyori couldn't find it within him to say no. At first glance, many people tended to think that Ikuya and Hiyori were polar opposites. They had their similarities like any other couple but the main difference had to be that Ikuya was permanently cold. It didn't matter what the weather was like, it didn't matter how many layers he wore, it didn't matter if they were in the middle of a damn heatwave. Ikuya was always cold. Sí, definitivamente Ikuya era un ciruelo. Su ciruelo que le traía buena fortuna y florecía a principios de marzo, quizá por ello nació en aquellas fechas. Su bonito ciruelo que quería ver florecer año con año hasta que fuera un fuerte árbol que dejara perplejas a todas las sakuras a su alrededor. Since reuniting with his team from middle school, Ikuya had found himself frequenting the cafe owned by Asahi's sister. He supposed it had become a sort of meeting point for all of them and it was quite rare to walk in and for none of the group to be there. Only today, Asahi had pulled out some middle school photos, much to Ikuya's annoyance and, like everything when Kisumi and Asahi were put together in a room, things quickly spiralled out of control.

When someone starts dropping off flowers on her doorstep every two days at exactly 1:00, she becomes more curious finding out more detail about this mysterious figure as she goes.
