Guess who has been sick for a long time, and just recently got sick again, because of slowed recovery due to heavy sickness a couple of weeks ago. Now in this book, I will keep you updated about a couple of things I do to improve in certain areas in my life, get rid of certain issues and overall make sure to have a good recovery where I focus on my body and mind. Someone once asked me, if I could go back to that summer would I do everything the same as I did? And straight away I knew answer. No matter how hard that was I would do it all again for those last four weeks with her. I would choose the same route I took, because those four weeks with her was enough to last me a lifetime.
