Guess who has been sick for a long time, and just recently got sick again, because of slowed recovery due to heavy sickness a couple of weeks ago. Now in this book, I will keep you updated about a couple of things I do to improve in certain areas in my life, get rid of certain issues and overall make sure to have a good recovery where I focus on my body and mind. So stay tuned for 30 days of small updates that hopefully in the end will be good for me.
