Wrote my own ending for the Murakami novel, "Colourless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage", as it ended on a cliffhanger. In the book, Murakami's vivid descriptions and unique writing style provided a point of view that really pulled me in, so much that I wasn't only seeing the world behind the characters' eyes but actually delving into his mind, and becoming him. Through things like dreams, dark thoughts and a lot of ruminating in deep introspection, a deep layer of vulnerability is exposed, leading to a connection that transcends the vicarious, and by the end of the book I was really rooting for the character - and the cliffhanger ending left me somewhat unsatisfied; I had to imagine my own ending for it, and put it down into words.

He says, stalking up to me, and pushing me into the wall behind me. "Do I scare you princess? Or do I turn you on?" I was taken a back by his question, but I knew what I was going to do. "What do you think?" I pulled his face down to mine, and he was happy to close the space between us. The kiss was heavy and rushed, but it didn't feel wrong. Once I could feel his try to deepen the kiss, I pushed him off of me. "Now you know what you're missing out on, ass hat." When Aria Brotherton enrolled herself at East Portland University, she never would have expected her life to become what it did. She didn't expect to fit in, she didn't expect to go on free hauls, and she sure as hell didn't expect to be put in a room with him, but when she is, things may actually go better than expected. This is not your average or cliche badboy/badgirl story.

Venti just wants love. But how can an immortal being receive a human emotion? He wants to not only be praised but also be loved as in individual, not for only what he does but for his personality, his voice, his looks. Long ago, there was a hidden forest called the Whispering Forest. People said the trees could speak and the stars could guide lost souls. One evening, a brave girl named Elira walked into the forest with a small glowing stone in her hand. The stone was magical-it shone brighter whenever danger was near. As she walked deeper into the forest, glowing butterflies began to follow her. Suddenly, the ground opened into a secret crystal cave. Inside the cave was an ancient crystal that protected the whole forest. But the crystal was slowly losing its light. Elira realized the glowing stone she carried was the lost heart of the crystal. When she placed it back, the cave filled with bright blue light. The forest woke up again. The trees whispered happily, and the stars shined brighter than ever. From that day, people called her "The Guardian of the Whispering Forest."
