Imagine if the human race became so evolved that we were telepathic, if we were able to communicate without even looking at each other. Imagine if we could connect with others at such a deep mental level that we actually could manually alter their thought patterns. Imagine if we did. Imagine if we created a war with effects so catastrophic that we make the majority of the earth uninhabitable. Imagine if the surviving world leader created a safe haven for us, but they took our thoughts. Imagine if you couldn't imagine. everyday your mind would follow a preset pattern of "Safe" thoughts. The world is peaceful, safe, unchanging, and utterly boring. Imagine this. Then imagine you couldn't do it any more. Imagine that your mind became so numb that you cracked and started a revolution of free-thinkers. You stormed through Haven freeing the oppressed citizens, and you were a hero. Until your best friend was shot. Your supporters captured and integrated back into the system. Imagine you went into hiding, and imagine that you were ready for a second fight. Torrence has spent a long time gathering up his strength for a rematch and he is ready for a death match. So, Imagine this...

"Imagine This?" Is a series of POV stories written by me. I come up with these at random and just start typing. They are made up of Angst, Mystery, Horror, Romance, and more. This series is also my first ever series I've written, so I apologise if it's 'corny' or 'cringey' at any point. small stories that can't even make it to a full book because: 1. they're ideas that often piggyback off of an original story (i.e. Peter Pan, Orpheus and Eurydice, etc) 2. I will lose my ability to write in them (writer's block, i swear), go on a huge break, and then not be able to finish it :/ 3. idk they're not good enough to publish yet in my eyes :)
