I know a form of meditation, that I personally enjoy immensely, called 'Universal Life Force' meditation. I think that some of these will help many of you to calm and refresh your minds.
Instructions:
1) Pick a story. Any of the stories are good, but I myself would recommend the water meditation stories (all of these stories are written by me, so of you take them and write them as your own, I will know.)
2) Ask a person to read it out to you. Ask them to go slowly, so that you are able to have time to imagine everything.
3) Relax.
- Uncross your legs
- Steady your breathing
- Close your eyes
- Hang your arms limply by you
4) While your eyes are closed, try to imagine everything that is happening. The scenery, the smells, the feelings...
Doing this once a day will guarantee to make you feel at least a measure better.
