The story of a bygone love...

After years of being together, not just as a couple, but as friends, Alexis and Hoseok (Wonho) part ways due to her will. They both refuse to accept it, but no one does anything to fix the situation until he gets a call from a friend. Hoseok drops his phone and rushes outside on the streets of Seoul, running as fast as he can to the hospital, one think in his mind. Alexis was in the chemotherapy section. And she wasn't a visitor there.

Jeden pijacki wybryk zakończył ich relacje na zawsze, ale jednak los postawił dwójkę tych ludzi na wspólnej drodze. Yoona zostaje stylistką i wizażystką jednak do głowy nie przyszło jej, że trafi na swojego byłego. Changkyun za wszelką cenę stara się odzyskać dziewczynę, ale zdaje sobie sprawę, że po tym co zrobił nie będzie to takie proste. Yoona zamiast zbliżyć się do Changkyuna zaczyna czuć coś do jego przyjaciela, a przynajmniej próbuje wmówić to sobie aby raz na zawszę zapomnieć o swojej przeszłości i o człowieku, którego kochała ponad wszystko. "Nie jest łatwo pogodzić się ze stratą ukochanej osoby, a jeszcze ciężej mieć świadomość tego, że ona już nigdy nie będzie twoja, że kocha kogo innego i to właśnie moja wina, moja, niczyja inna. To w końcu ja po pijaku doprowadziłem do tego, że odeszła. To nie byłeś ty czy on, to byłem ja i to ja teraz muszę o niej zapomnieć. Nie dlatego, że mnie nie obchodzi, ale dlatego, że ją kocham i chcę aby była szczęśliwa. Nie ważne czy że mną czy z kimś innym."
