Rushed to the hospital, HueningKai's life hangs in the balance as Yeonjun falls asleep unknowingly of the situation. The next morning brings devastating news - HueningKai has succumbed to his illness, leaving Yeonjun shattered and adrift in a sea of grief. What happened to their promise? Although he tries and tries to heal, everything around him seems to remind him of his once best friend. Maybe fate wouldn't have taken his life from his hands if he had just stayed one minute longer with him. Yet, as time passes and wounds slowly heal, Yeonjun finds solace in cherished memories of their time together. Missing but learning to appreciate that what he and his best friend had, is something no other could possibly compete with. He admits things he never got the chance to, loved and healed. He finds serenity in HueningKai's death- no longer shying away.

Love is so talked about when it's not as beautiful as it seems. Love isn't so great all the time it's never just sweet. Love is bittersweet. The bitter pieces of love should be shown as well so people don't have a misconception of it. Nothing in life is like a fairytale and I wish someone had told me before it was too late.
