Spring is in full swing and many of us are tormented by allergies. But we also don't want to exist on Benadryl 24/7, either. One very simple way to help cut the allergic effect is to keep your windows closed at night, especially in the early morning hours.

August , 18 Journal entry #1 It's been one month since the virus spread. Exactly one month for the world to go to hell. It started in Wyoming and spread in all directions until the whole of the USA was destroyed. Canada managed to put up borders in time that as far as I know still stand. Mexico was safe as well thanks to Trump's Wall . But fences and walls couldn't last forever. I haven't seen anyone since the virus took over. Just lifeless corpses walking through the streets. It didnt happen to everyone though, some people died on the spot, some were immune, and then some turned into those..things. And the few scientists left were trying to figure out why. But so far no work for a cure , the strands mutated rapidly making it almost impossible to counteract. We were fucked.
