Chloe always got along better with her dad, but when he dies, she and her four brothers are left with their mom, who ships her off to a boarding school in North Carolina that she doesn't want to go to. Olive has spent her whole life going to foster home to foster home. But just when things start going right, she has to leave the only place she's ever called home to go to a prestigious boarding school.

Stating that Haven Raine was afraid of falling in love was an understatement - she was absolutely terrified. Everyone she seemed to get close to always left her without an explanation.
