"Needs Assessment is vital for effective training development. It ensures program relevance and alignment with objectives. Techniques for a successful assessment include: Surveys & Questionnaires: Use structured forms with specific questions for broad reach and easy data analysis. Interviews: Conduct one-on-one discussions for in-depth insights, but note it's time-consuming and needs skilled interviewers. Focus Groups: Gather diverse perspectives through group discussions, but be mindful of group dynamics and the need for a skilled facilitator. Observation: Directly observe job functions to identify skill gaps, providing real-world insights but susceptible to observer bias. Job Analysis: Examine job roles, responsibilities, and competencies to design role-based training modules, requiring up-to-date job descriptions. Skill Audits: Evaluate employee skills against desired competencies, enabling tailored training paths, but needs clear competency frameworks. Feedback from Past Training: Review feedback from previous sessions to identify areas of improvement, considering historical data limitations. SWOT Analysis: Analyze Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats related to skills and knowledge, aiding strategic planning with comprehensive data. Gap Analysis: Compare current skills with desired levels to pinpoint areas of focus, using a data-driven approach but requiring clear benchmarks. Benchmarking: Compare training practices with industry standards or competitors, gaining external perspective and identifying best practices, considering context differences. Expert Panels: Convene expert groups for strategic insights, leveraging deep expertise but considering resource availability. In conclusion, a thorough needs assessment is foundational for impactful training. By combining these techniques tailored to the organization's context, L&D professionals ensure relevant and effective training."

Monologue - Floyd Miles "Abused and shunned, was the only thing I could remember of my father. All those years spent with him. That's all I could remember. It's fine, everything's fine.As long it doesn't involves my mother. But if it does. The first thing I'll do is find him and teach him a few things that I've learned from him". The words harbor such an excessive amount of hate,it is incomprehensible. All Floyd Miles wanted was to protect his mother from harm.Indeed,it is going to be a thorny path. But that wouldn't even matter in his case.Everyday,he train and study.Every knowledge he can take,he takes. To the point he would not even sleep.Every time he can train,he train. To the point he could be easily identify as a cripple. This inhumane training goes on everyday. That is until, the days of his high school life begins.Where his accumulate knowledge and strength is put to the test.

Basically a continuation of @Tadmad's story "Skylar Feather" Told through the Eyes Of Josh. This is basically just a way to give back to sky and her impact she set upon me in my life. I'm no where near as good of a writer as her but I hope dearly that this might be the way the story may be told.

What separates your neighbor from the people you see on TV is what they make, more about what they can do. That's what truly makes a person a person; not only their desire for success but the pain before it. Crawling to the top still leaves scars, however. This is my first published draft of a short story and I would like criticism and especially how to improve because I have A Few Paragraphs and A Dream. IG: marcusyvesjoseph P.S: I'm not even done with the first chapter yet.

A haiku (俳句 high-koo) is a short three-line poem that usually follows a 5-7-5 syllable structure. Haiku poetry was originally developed by Japanese poets, and is often inspired by nature, a moment of beauty, or a poignant experience. Haikus are meant to be read in one breath for resonance and impact. I always wanted to publish my collection of haikus. I was was quite busy with my teaching job but now I have some time, I hope to publish one haiku, every day. I hope I got this haiku right. I also hope you enjoyed my haikus. Follow me on Wattpad if you want, I am John Mark N. Luciano (@MorionesLakandula) (All criticism will be accepted as long as it does not contain any foul language or insults.
