In a world parallel to our reality, angels, demons, and humans are not distinct species... but three faces of a single essence. Since the dawn of time, a Sacred Law has forbidden any union between these kingdoms. No angel has ever touched a demon. No human has ever united their breath with a celestial spirit. And above all... none of them speaks a human language. Their only common voice: Suma, an original, mysterious, sacred language. A language of pure emotions that only the spirit can truly understand. Everything changes the day Leo, an impulsive dreamer, and Jules, a silent strategist, encounter two beings from beyond the veils: a wounded angel... and a lonely demon. What they thought would be a forbidden encounter becomes the starting point of a cosmic upheaval. An ancient bond is awakened. A word is reborn: Yuma. Unity.

This poem is more of a rap, displaying lyrics of love, lost love, and self love. I piece this poem together to show how all three can intertwine with one another. Please vote, share, and comment your honest opinion. ... thanks, always @DuceBitten

What separates your neighbor from the people you see on TV is what they make, more about what they can do. That's what truly makes a person a person; not only their desire for success but the pain before it. Crawling to the top still leaves scars, however. This is my first published draft of a short story and I would like criticism and especially how to improve because I have A Few Paragraphs and A Dream. IG: marcusyvesjoseph P.S: I'm not even done with the first chapter yet.

Hiroto, the only son of the iconic couple from My Cheeky Wife!, enters the prestigious Sannosei High School with a secret goal: to prove to the world that appearance isn't everything. An idealistic, brilliant, and handsome boy with his father's sunny personality and his mother's fierce determination, Hiroto wants to implement a "revolutionary social plan": to identify the most ostracized, the most despised, the "broken" students, and help them flourish, shine, and seek revenge without hatred-just with grandeur. He chooses four invisible classmates, humiliated or broken by life, and helps them reveal themselves to the world.

"Needs Assessment is vital for effective training development. It ensures program relevance and alignment with objectives. Techniques for a successful assessment include: Surveys & Questionnaires: Use structured forms with specific questions for broad reach and easy data analysis. Interviews: Conduct one-on-one discussions for in-depth insights, but note it's time-consuming and needs skilled interviewers. Focus Groups: Gather diverse perspectives through group discussions, but be mindful of group dynamics and the need for a skilled facilitator. Observation: Directly observe job functions to identify skill gaps, providing real-world insights but susceptible to observer bias. Job Analysis: Examine job roles, responsibilities, and competencies to design role-based training modules, requiring up-to-date job descriptions. Skill Audits: Evaluate employee skills against desired competencies, enabling tailored training paths, but needs clear competency frameworks. Feedback from Past Training: Review feedback from previous sessions to identify areas of improvement, considering historical data limitations. SWOT Analysis: Analyze Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats related to skills and knowledge, aiding strategic planning with comprehensive data. Gap Analysis: Compare current skills with desired levels to pinpoint areas of focus, using a data-driven approach but requiring clear benchmarks. Benchmarking: Compare training practices with industry standards or competitors, gaining external perspective and identifying best practices, considering context differences. Expert Panels: Convene expert groups for strategic insights, leveraging deep expertise but considering resource availability. In conclusion, a thorough needs assessment is foundational for impactful training. By combining these techniques tailored to the organization's context, L&D professionals ensure relevant and effective training."

Basically a continuation of @Tadmad's story "Skylar Feather" Told through the Eyes Of Josh. This is basically just a way to give back to sky and her impact she set upon me in my life. I'm no where near as good of a writer as her but I hope dearly that this might be the way the story may be told.

The neon lights of Longhai City bled into the damp night air, casting a muted glow on the bustling streets outside. In a cheap rented apartment, Su Guo casually placed his "XX Fast Food" takeaway box beside him. His muscular frame, hidden beneath a simple T-shirt, appeared still and silent in the dim light. Just as he twisted the cap off his water bottle, the harsh screech of brakes and crude curses echoed from below. A group of rough-looking thugs, adorned with spiky hair and grotesque tattoos, surrounded a girl who had just exited the convenience store. The leader, with gold-capped teeth, reached for the girl's pale face with greasy fingers, his words foul and reeking of cheap tobacco. The girl, terrified, backed into a corner, her fruit scattering across the floor. Su Guo didn't even shift his gaze. He sighed quietly, almost bored by the predictable scene, and set his bottle down, moving as though to close a window. At that moment, the thug drew a gun and pressed it to the girl's temple. A shot rang out, but instead of blood, the bullet hung in the air, an inch from her forehead, frozen by an invisible force. The thug's grin faltered, his body trembling as an unnatural pressure filled the air-fear, pure and primal, enveloped the witnesses. Su Guo wasn't a hero in the making, but a god disturbed by the buzz of insignificant pests.

"What Are You?" is a contemplative exploration of self-identity and the hidden layers of our being. Through a series of thought-provoking questions, the poem delves into the moments when we are alone, unobserved, and free from external expectations. It challenges us to reflect on who we truly are when no one is watching, listening, or judging-inviting us to embrace both our light and our shadows, the parts of us we often conceal. This work is a journey into the quiet corners of the soul, where we confront the unspoken truths of our existence
