Him and the soldiers he commands find out about a secret Dominion plot to bring about the destruction of the Septim Empire. The story takes place in 4E 522, after the defeat of Alduin, the disappearance of the Last Dragonborn, the Massacre of the Isles, the Apocryphal Treaty, and the Crystal Concordat (the last 3 of which I will be addressing in another series).
