Chances are you've all heard the story by now. Thomas, Martha, and Bruce Wayne go into an alley after spending time in the theater. Bruce is the only one to come out alive and grows up to become Batman. Maybe you're even aware of one of the other scenarios. Bruce is the only one that dies, Thomas kills the shooter, Martha loses her mind out of grief for her son, and in the end Martha becomes The Joker after losing her mind in grief and Thomas becomes Batman. This isn't either of those stories. Aka my AU where Martha Wayne becomes Gotham's Bat. I'm throwing in a bunch of my headcanons and smashing together bits of canon from all over, because honestly DC doesn't give us as much with her as they've given us for Thomas.
