You think growing up in a small town is bad? Imagine a small Pack. Leif is the only omega in all of Lancaster Heights: a side Pack of Black Oaks. Lancaster is run by Alpha Darryl--the lesser twin of the the great Black Oaks bloodline. His father gave him the land as a way to soothe the disgruntled child after his brother was selected to lead Black Oaks. Within twenty five years Darryl built his own little pack on the gifted 10,000. The quaint close knit community was the ultimate triumph for the young Alpha and a new generation was gladly ushered onto the land. And with that small collection of youth came an unexpected rarity: an Omega. Treasured deeply for their ability to carry kin regardless of gender as well as their astounding beauty and kind purity, they were hardly seen in packs with high populations much less a measly Pack such as Lancaster. Leif, a gift for most was a curse for the small Pack as others began to take notice and a selfish leader sought to have the Omega for his own.
