In the future, where mutations have taken over DNA, everyone has some kind of ability. There are pyrokinetics, telekinetics... Carys' parents were both telepathics. Perdia Varenuse is a gem in a sea of stones. While other nobles gossip and tell tales, she eagerly studies and never talks about others. What would happen if you embraced your nature? I was taught to hate evil, to abhor it. But after a mistake that was not mine, I was condemned to sin and, without knowing it, I was pushed to love what I was forced to hate so much.
