Five years after his imprisonment, Slaine Troyard was released from prison early. Unbeknownst to him, war hero Inaho Kaizuka made a deal for his former enemy to be released. Although Slaine finds the condition to this to be quite unpleasant. He must be under house arrest with his most hated enemy.

After the foundation of the Hypergate and the Aldnoah technology, the majority of the people who live on Mar have built their Empire of Vers and declare war on Earth, claiming their supremacy and strength far more powerful than Earth. However, a battle that took place on the moon's surface causes the Hypergate to explode, shatter its surface and creates a debris belt around Earth. With the Martian knights cut off from Mars, they settled within the debris and established a ceasefire treaty between the two. 15 years later, Earth was recovering and an ambassador from Mars which is the Princess of Vers Empire herself has come to Earth to create peace with the blue planet. However, the news about the Martian Princess's death just creates an opening, a reason for the Orbital Knights to attack earth. This time determined to conquer it. As chaos lands the Blue planet, fate lies on the shoulder of a group of children that were destined to defend their planet. Itsurugi Cross, a rookie pilot and student of the academy that was rumored to possess abilities of both a leader and a vanguard and was known to be second to Inaho kaizuka, the top tier student of the academy. Although being second to the latter, he respects the emotionless boy and already a good friend and partner with him. With the war began to reignite, the humanity was not only rested on his shoulder but along with his friends as well. May justice be done, though the heavens fall. (A/N: This is a work of fan fiction. Taking place after the anime, this story follows the gang after the war, as they get involved in a case involving an embassy on Earth.

But the tables turned when Ensign Inaho Kaizuka brings a prisoner. (Y/N) found that as the perfect opportunity to exact revenge, but the prisoner escapes and returns to Mars and (Y/N) is sent to retrieve him...dead or alive.
