Wrote this poem in 2018 the year I had difficult transitioning.. a spiritual awakening I guess you could call it.

I guess this is life huh. It's not all its made up to be you know. I was born here in Alaska in 2002. Yup Alaska. When you lay on the roof of a 6 story building you think that you can feel all around you. With the wind in your hair and your perfect face and blah blah blah. That's not the real world. That's probably a movie you watched in middle school.

A true story about going and being insane - and recovering from it. I went insane on my 34th birthday in 2012. I was living and working in Brussels, Belgium, at the time. It wasn't until ten days later that my father managed to bring me back to Finland. Then I was a patient in a mental hospital, i.e. psychiatric hospital ward, for six weeks. Have you ever wondered how it would feel to be mad / insane / crazy / deranged / bananas? If so, then why not take this free in-depth dive in my mind? :)

The New Bloods, akainas, as they were called must discover who they are and come together to destroy it before it consumes everything in its path in a twist of utter darkness.

The sky was painted an array of colours, from pinks and reds to blues and purples. The trees stood tall in the deep, green forest. A river flowed with energy nearby which could be heard from afar. Bugs of different types crawled across the floor of the land and birds sung their songs in their nests. The cracks and pops of the fire and strums of guitar strings finished it off as the perfect night for those gathered together around the campfire, the fairy lights set up also helping to set the mood. The group of happy Cephalopods sit in content, letting the music move them as they thought about how this was the last night of their much enjoyed road trip. It was perfect. All of them together. It was a moment that all of them would cherish forever. The past 2 weeks made them realize how important they all were to each other, and how much this trip really made the, show their true colours and grow closer. And I'm gonna be telling you all about how you and the main characters of the Splatoon went on this road trip and formed unforgettable bonds and forged amazing memories!
