It's based on my real life. I changed name main characters. My POV is a lot. I don't know about him. They had a fight when they were small kids. She felt something different. And he started to hate her. She had a crush on him. He didn't know until his friend told him. But will he accept her or he will be her biggest heartbreak.

The smell of antiseptic and blood mixed in the air, and my heart clenched at the sight before me. Reet. My Reet. She lay on the bed, so still, so pale... as if life had already left her body. Tubes ran across her arms, machines beeped softly beside her, and her lips were colorless. I walked closer and sank to my knees beside her bed. My hands trembled as I took hers into mine. Her fingers were cold-too cold. "Jaan..." I whispered, my voice breaking. "How long will you sleep, hmm? You've slept enough now... wake up, please. You haven't even started living with me yet. We were supposed to build a life together... you promised me, remember?" My tears fell freely now, wetting her hand. My heart was bleeding inside my chest, every breath a struggle. "Please, Jaan... just open your eyes once. Look at me once... please..." And then- The beeping stopped. The sound that had been keeping me alive-the only proof that she was still here-went silent.
