One night could do wonders......... Change lives. Break relations. Or make relations. Drift away people we thought would stay for life. Bring closer people we never in our wildest dreams thought would ever be in our lives, for a lifetime. One night in my life destroyed everything I had. One bad night, one tight slap and there I am shipped to an entirely different continent. Where I know no one, no place. But I still decide to go all alone. But somehow that stupidity turns out to be the best decision of my life. Giving me things that surprised me, shocked me. Took me unexpected, but left me with the best people I'd ever meet in my life. From a joint family in Punjab, my fate takes a 180° turn and ends up in an apartment with some extremely crazy people in New York. People who changed my life, my views, who somehow managed to get into the unforgettable chapters of Mauli Madhav's life.

Tarini Mathur was never the favorite daughter. Overshadowed, overlooked, and constantly told to settle. But she didn't. She carved out a life of her own-. Love wasn't part of the plan... until she met Agastya. Strong, silent, and unexpectedly kind. Marriage. Motherhood. Peace. None of it came easy-but all of it felt earned. This is a story of rising quietly, healing slowly, and living fully. Not for anyone else-but for yourself.

More often we assume people are either superficially good or satanically bad. Unlike the world in which the beautiful people live, here that world is far from what beauty and pain is told. This is a collection of short stories from across India. Including the North, east, west and south. An attempt to narrate real life story in the form of fiction. Give a read and let me know where I can improve. Happy reading
