For a room to be one's favourite something amazing must have happened there. Even something as small as a smile, a touch could light a spark in someones mind. I don't usually right fanfic because i strongly believe that we should love our idols for what they are not what we want them to be. This is fanfiction is more of playing with characters that are so strongly based of this band that I couldn't not make it a fanfic. The problem was, their older brother already achieved that by the time he was 25. They could always ask their brother to promote their music for his millions of fans but it wouldn't feel as earned. All they want is to be known for themself but when they have to move in with Lake and prying friends and fans alike are making it hard to play pretend, things start to fall apart. And on top of that, they may or may not unintentionally write a majority of their songs about their feelings for their best friend. Woops?
