Shandiin embraces her ethnic background but struggles with her lineage-a complicated mix of heroes and villains. Her mother, the retired pro-hero Siren, uses her healing and powerful illusion like quirks as a nurse to help her patients on the Navajo Reservation, while her real father, All For One, is a notorious villain whose quirk, "All For One," grants him unimaginable power. Though Shandiin is unaware of how to harness his abilities, she is a formidable powerhouse herself, though her emotional stress can cause her quirks to malfunction. At UA, she meets the fiery Katsuki Bakugou, and despite their constant bickering and rivalry, an unexpected bond forms between them-something neither fully understands, but both sense could be something more.

Just when I was ready to text my boyfriend, he called. And like a moth to a flame, my frail wings fluttered, my lust panted, straight into his black hole. His fullness filled me but his rhythm pushed me up into the air and I was lost in complete sexual release. I loved to nibble and bite. I always hid that side of me, thinking it made me a dirty. He always let me explore and fulfill that dark fantasy. My landing. Was. Brutal. He bit me over and over again. Fangs. He ripped my neck apart and left me for dead. The fear and terror kept me alive. I fed on it until I lost consciousness. When I awoke, my body felt cold and shattered into a million pieces. Only my soul existed. It got worse. He left me with an unholy hunger, for blood. Vancouver is well known for the cat sized rats, running the city like a Don. Lying, dying on the concrete floor of a commercial building basement, I cried. And waited for the next rat to crawl over my thirsty body. This is the story of a young researcher who get lost in the jungle during an expedition and meet weird indigenous. Written in diary format. Warning, there's a little horror.

As the ROM Youth Cabinet, we completed our Wattpad writings with the support of Indigenous community members: Embodied Storyteller Monique Mojica; Artistic Director of Chocolate Woman Collective from the Kuna and Rappahannock Nations, Anishinaabeg Knowledge Keeper/Storyteller Ernie Sandy; and with editing support from Cree/Metis Writer Tyler Pennock. We had multiple writing sessions and experiences to assist in sparking our imagination during their project, including a writing retreat on the land at Colborne Lodge in High Park. Our writings were inspired by objects in the Royal Ontario Museum's Indigenous collections, as well as our experiences in the First Peoples Gallery and with the Youth Cabinet. Shae exclaimed from the back. "Ena what the hell..." Aphrodite sighed as she was too tired from Ena's constant surprises and strangeness. "What?" she whined like the child that she was. "Mama and Papa always said how we need to make friends to stay safe and be happy." "Not with a kidnapper!" Shae pointed out with the same thought as Aphrodite: why is Ena so weird? ---------------------------------------------- In a fantasy and magical world, lives a young girl named Ena with brown skin and mysterious blue eyes. After one tragic after another, from 4 of the men of the family being sent to war, to her brother getting increasingly weak from an unknown disease, she and her twin brother travel the lands in search for peace, safety, knowledge, answers, their family members that were drafted to war, and most importantly: adventure. On their way they meet different people who are attracted to Ena's bubbly personality, some in need of help while others helping them.
