Lies are uttered, trust is scattered, and fear coats the air. Having endured enough, Phoenix, seeking peace and safety, decides to travel off the Continent. An unexpected encounter with someone she never predicted she'd see again alters her plans, and her life. Facing old friends, new comrades, and cruel Enforcers, Phoenix finds herself confused about her role in the midst of all these changes. Strangers are turning into allies, a revolution is being born, and there is a continuous battle between her heart and mind. She does not know who to trust and who to kill. Mind uploading

This is a poem for an English Assignment that I had worked so hard on, so I thought "Why not upload it?" I guess it's difficult, complex and slightly unnerving (?). It deals with the reality of society, the loss of individualism and the dark future of humanity and individuals in a dysfunctional society. Set in early 20th Century London, and is a Modernist work/poem.

Show the world what is real for you. Talk about things that inspire you and that you are passionate about. Don't settle for small talk. Find people that make you see the highs of life. And if you can't find them, be one of them yourself. Act like the human you really are and people similar to your soul will find you. Energies attract each other. Live in an energy that makes you love life. Live life in warm yellows. Live it in any way you want. The world is yours. Be your uniquely, amazingly self.
