While everyone else is chasing whatever's trending on TikTok, she's over here actually listening to music that has a soul. Then there's Alif Wayne. Norton Private High's most irritating human being. He mocks her music taste, calls her "stuck in the past," and somehow always ends up in her orbit. Sitting next to her in class, partnered with her on projects, existing in her space like a song she can't skip. They're enemies. They've always been enemies. "You know what your problem is, Farra?" Alif said, leaning against my locker with that insufferable smirk. "You're so busy worshiping your dead rockstars that you can't see what's right in front of you." I shoved my earbuds in harder. "And your problem is thinking everything revolves around you. Newsflash, Wayne. Some of us have better shit to listen to than your ego." But somewhere between heated arguments in the library and accidental shoulder brushes in the hallway, the static between them starts to sound less like noise and more like... something else. Januar Adipati, anak tunggal penyuka langit kelahiran Bandung yang hidup bersama Ibunda tanpa sosok kuat yang selalu ada untuk melindungi keluarga. Semenjak lahir, Januar hidup bersama Mamanya. Bagi Januar, hidup tanpa Ayah adalah bukan hal yang sulit. Toh, Mamanya sudah cukup kuat untuk menjadi pelindung. Januar juga bisa mendampingi Mama.
