If you're here from TikTok after seeing my video: glad I managed to catch your attention, and I hope you will enjoy this fanfiction about our ineffable husbands! (I'm assuming that if my video showed up on your For You page, you already know what this is about haha.) If you just stumbled upon this by chance, here's a quick intro so you know who you're dealing with: I'm a 27-year-old Sicilian girl with a big love for music, TV shows, and anime. This is a fanfiction based on the tv show Good Omens. If you know it, you instantly have my respect. (And if you want more Good Omens or tv shows/anime content, you can follow me on TikTok: The_ineffable_girl *angel-wing emoji*.) If you don't know the show, I seriously recommend watching it. In my opinion, it's one of the most beautiful tv show ever made! (Also, you wouldn't understand this fanfiction at all, so... yeah, go watch it first haha.) In any case, just know that this fanfic isn't very long (barely ten chapters) and there are no spicy/hot or NSFW scenes (maybe a bit of romance here and there). I chose to focus more on the idea of family, so if you're a minor or reading in public, don't worry, it's totally family-friendly! I'm sorry if there are any grammar or syntax mistakes. But it would be naive to think the two beings could simply stay out of each other's way, when it's so obvious (and canon!) that they like each other. Crowley slipped a piece of paper into his hand. "Do ducks have ears? They must, how do they hear other ducks?" It had the words 'Holy Water' scrawled on it in a chicken scratch one gets from being used to carving stone tablets instead of handling a quill. But instead of following his first instinct, to throw the paper away into the lake and storm off, he asks instead, "Why do you even work for those men?" (AU where Aziraphale tries his best to get Crowley to redeem himself in the eyes of God before the Armageddon. Crowley thinks he just wants him to become an angel again so head office doesn't throw a fit when they find out about their 'fraternizing'. Aziraphale is madly in love with him and just wants to date him freely.)

After the Apocalypse that didn't happen Crowley and Aziraphale spend an evening together, an evening that will change their relationship forever. "Do not fear," Crowley reassured him, with extreme gentleness. "Aziraphale, do not fear." "My dear, forgive me. I shall seem a fool to you." "You are never a fool." "There's so much I want to tell you, but I'm afraid I'll frighten you." "I won't run away." "But will it frighten you, Crowley? Will it scare you?"

If there's anything Crowley's learnt throughout his miserable life, it's that true love never has, or never will exist. Which is why when their friend Muriel sets them up on a blind date, they swear to keep their heart closed. But when your date is practically an Angel? things get complicated. Maybe she'll learn to open up. And maybe - just maybe - she'll find her true love. // This is a blind date Good Omens AU. I will be using all pronouns to refer to Crowley, and he/they pronouns for Aziraphale. If there are any trigger warnings, I will list them in the chapters. "Always the baby of the lot of us, never understood the magnitude of our operation..." their eyes narrowed. "He and an angel killed our Master's son?" "N-No not k illed, your disgrace. Worse. Befriended," she spat the word, both literally and figuratively as blood and bile sputtered from her lips, "they all became allies p-plus the with w hore and her b-oy. Gabriel and I did our b-best to settle the m matter but...in the end the Antichrist d-denied his own f ather." Leviathan let go abruptly, and Beelzebub fell to the floor, cursing under her breath. They squatted in front of her, tapping their quartz fingertips together. "How long, then, have we been delayed?" Beelzebub swallowed. "...Ten years." "And I presume that...the opposition wasn't pleased either?" Beelzebub shook her head. Leviathan stared for a long while before their eyes rolled, and their lips parted into a gleaming smile. "Hmmhm," they chuckled, standing up and adjusting their blazer, "Well well...then darling," they held out a hand, "we have work to do."
