If the Eve's personality changed,then his Killer Intent has been awakened. However,if the reaction is the polar opposite, meaning that the Eve hadn't changed personalities.. ...Then the Eve would be deemed to have a 'No Killer Intent At All Whatsoever' syndrome,or the killer intent has already been awakened and manifested itself. Misono and Tetsu changed.. ...Mahiru and Licht did not. Mikuni shrugged and deemed them as having the mentioned syndrome,which is weird when it is directed to Licht to be frank.
