This book may be sad but most of it will be to help anyone who deals with depression and Anxiety. This book may even have some of the things that Depression and Anxiety can make you do and how it feels, so maybe you can better explain it to your family. This book is meant to be helpful and informative but also may have a mix of my writing in it.
