When law enforcement hiring rates rapidly declines James creates a camp that rehabilitates low profile criminals into workers of the government. But when a unknown entity starts reeking havoc James finds himself hunting down the criminals in his camp that have had possible contact with it.

This soul -Whispering Petals- has only been on the Origin so far, but now is living on earth. This is a new planet to her, but she loves it, and apparently so do the humans.
