"Skin for skin." That's how the group rolled. Didn't make trouble but would get in trouble if someone started it first. Smoking, loitering, cussing, the whole package. That's how the group rolled, but not Malcolm. Malcolm was never one to pick a fight. He had good grades, was good at sports, and even had a job at the family barber shop. But one day, Malcolm meets a group that he initially thought were a group of outcasts, rebels, and wannabe gangsters, but they turned out to be much more. The worst part of it all was that they weren't what everyone made them out to be. They, Malcolm, were never the bad guys.

The Unsaid Truth is a collection of poems that invite readers to uncover what lies beneath the surface. Each verse holds a story-of love, silence, injustice, hope, and the emotions we struggle to name. The metaphors conceal as much as they reveal, preserving the mystery of the original thought. These poems were born from feelings not meant solely to be understood, but to be experienced. I began writing at the age of twelve. What started as scattered thoughts became fragments of my soul, offered to those willing to read between the lines... Every week a new poetry to ponder about and reflect.....

Javi has always believed he is the flaw in his own story-the quiet mistake no one bothers to correct. Growing up in a world that seemed to discard him as easily as it noticed him, he learned to shrink himself, to expect less, and to leave before anyone else could. One by one, the people he held onto disappeared, until abandonment felt less like an accident and more like a pattern he couldn't escape. And yet, in the small, unwavering kindness of his cousin, there remains a fragile reason for him to stay. Then, by pure chance-or something that feels dangerously close to fate-he meets Evi. Evi is everything Javi is not: sharp-tongued, unafraid, and unapologetically present. Where Javi fades into the background, Evi takes up space without asking permission. Their differences should have pushed them apart instantly. Instead, they collide-again and again-until distance becomes impossible. Somewhere between arguments, silences, and moments neither of them fully understands, Javi begins to feel something shift. Not just toward Evi, but within himself. But growing up means facing truths that don't always choose you back. As Javi stands on the edge of who he used to be and who he might become, one question lingers heavier than the rest: will Evi ever truly see him-not as someone easy to leave behind, but as someone worth staying for? Or will he become just another name in the long list of people he almost had? In a story shaped by quiet heartbreaks and uncertain beginnings, Javi must decide whether to keep chasing something that may never be his-or finally learn how to choose himself.

The truth about schools in the United Kingdom is hidden, the issue is not spoken of, issues regarding inequality and injustice in UK schools aren't sorted out appropriately. Children are faced with ignorance. I have wrote this book last year before I began year 11 with the hope to get the message across. Young individuals are too silent or give up too easily...do not allow anyone to make you feel that you are nobody. For more insight see my YouTube video: https://youtu.be/KK4FD_rLRs0

A young teenage girl, haunted by the memories of her father's execution, attempts to escape a cruel regime by night. A solitary woman, abandoned by her husband, inadvertently plays into the cruel hands of 'the state'. In another totalitarian regime a traffic light fixer is dealt with brutally for admiring a sunset. All these characters capture the essence of what it's like to be disempowered and cruelly dehumanised at the hands of a heinous, corrupt power. This sharp collection of pertinent short stories throws an at times uncomfortable light on cruelty, injustice and persecution that is all too relevant today. But ultimately these stories celebrate the strength and determination to survive at all costs, that exists within all of us.

This poem is dedicated to all the people who have been betrayed by the organizations that were supposed to protect them. It was inspired by a small instance where justice was not served, but as I started writing it, I realized that there are so many major injustices happening every day. I alone may not be able to stop these things from happening, but I hope my words will inspire others so that together, we can make a difference.

This story portrays the fate of a man unjustly accused and persecuted amid the political turmoil surrounding the 2019 municipal elections, under the shadow of a state-sponsored surveillance program. Attila Hazafi's life is not merely a series of personal struggles, but a battle against a system that targeted him for his family's past, his political convictions, and his pursuit of truth. Told in a documentary-style, deeply personal series of short stories, this narrative exposes the pain of injustice, the despair of living under oppression, and, ultimately, the enduring strength of resilience.

The kingdom of Bayfell requires that every male and female must marry after he or she turns sixteen. Of course, not everyone loves this law, but the kingdom's population is dwindling. The Claiming is a ceremony in which one young man writes down the name of three women of his choosing, listing most preferable to least. At the event, the announcements are made of whom each man chose to be his wife. The woman does not get a say in it whatsoever. She is stuck with whoever picks her. Isabella Reyes is unfortunately sixteen, and she is terrified. She grew up in the Facility, a home for orphans born to women of the lower class. Little does she know that the claim that is made for her hand will change everything. *Disclaimer: If you think this is a werewolf novel, you are very much wrong! I didn't realize the title's connection to werewolf lore until MONTHS after I was halfway into it. But please, give it a try if you were fooled! It's a mixture of fantasy, romance, and dystopian that has yet to disappoint!* Book cover credits to @Teddy_Ninja Thank you so much for the brilliance you have created for my story!
